CMH offers a wonderful array of personal training packages to suit everybody’s needs. Whether you are a total beginner wishing to ease into exercise with a 30 minute session or an avid exerciser who would like to progress into advanced fitness with a 75 minute session – we can accommodate you! CMH is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week to suit the most difficult schedule and no enrollment fee is required. All of our personal trainers are certified with nationally recognized certifications so you can train with confidence.
Personal Training Packages are Affordable and Convenient
CMH offers a variety of personal training services
to suit everybody’s goals:
ü A single 30 minute session ($30.00) may be just what you need if you are new to personal training or need help to get started with your fitness regime.
ü 5 x 30 minute sessions ($110.00) are a great choice for individuals new to personal training or for the seasoned exerciser who would like “quick and intense” workouts.
ü 3 x 55 minute sessions ($120.00) are a great introduction to the world of personal training. Individuals who would like some help in setting goals, designing an exercise program or learning correct exercise form and technique will also benefit from these sessions.
ü 5 x 55 minute sessions ($200.00) gives the personal trainer more time to cover all the needs of the exerciser in order to meet their goals.
ü 8 x 75 minute sessions ($384.00) are for the committed exerciser. If an individual wishes to share the sessions with one or more persons, they will save money.
ü 12 x 75 minute sessions ($540.00) are for the serious exerciser and may also be purchased at a reduced cost if shared with one or more people.
